FedEx and an electronic copy of the original receipt will be emailed to you with your tracking information and shipping charges.
If your company has a FedEx or UPS account, please provide that account number under comments on page two of our check out page and we will use that account information.
South Dakota buyers without a tax ID number will be charged 6% sales tax.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Michaels Floral Supply no longer accepts returns of purchased items due to excessive returns of used items.
For us to continue providing low, wholesale prices on all of your floral supplies, all sales are final.
We will reimburse or replace any items that are damaged in the shipping process.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
If an item is broken or damaged we will need visual proof of the damaged item and/or the damaged packaging before we can issue a replacement or refund.
In some instances it may be necessary to return damaged item(s).
You must contact us before returning any items.
