Michaels Floral Supply will no longer accept returns on purchased items due to the fact that many customers try to return items to us that have been used.
In order for us to continue to bring you low discount warehouse prices
on all of your floral supplies we will consider all sales as final.
We will reimburse or replace any items that are damaged in the shipping process.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
If an item is broken or damaged we will need visual proof,
such as a photogragh of damaged item and/or the damaged packaging
before we can issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
We will offer a refund or replacement of the damaged item(s).
In some instances it may not be necessary to return damaged item(s).
You must contact us before returning any items.
